Soothing and relaxing. This technique uses long gliding strokes, kneading and friction to relax the muscles while increasing circulation and range of motion.
Hot Stone $60
Warm stones and relaxing massage strokes work together to remove stress and tension from your body. The application of heated stones to key points will create a sensation of comfort and warmth.
Deep Tissue Orthopedic $60
Therapeutic and corrective. Loosens the muscle fibers and releases the deep patterns of tension. Increases flexibility and range of motion reducing soreness and pain. Ideal after recreational and sports activities.
Exfoliating Chocolate Sea Salt Glow $70
Your choice of Chocolate Raspberry, Chocolate Cherry, Chocolate Mint or Chocolate Cake. We begin by gently exfoliating your skin, leaving you feeling silky soft and refreshed. Followed by a 25 minute massage with warm aromatherapy oil to melt away the tensions.
Lymphatic Drainage Session $40
The lymphatic system plays one of the most important roles in the human body. This is where the lymph fluid flows. The lymph carries food to the cells and takes the waste away. This helps your immune system and drains localized areas of excess lymph fluid from congestion and strain.
