Soothing and relaxing. This technique uses long gliding strokes, kneading and friction to relax the muscles while increasing circulation and range of motion.
Hot Stone $75
Application of heated stones to key points will create a sensation of comfort and warmth. Relaxing massage strokes work together to remove stress and tension.
Deep Tissue Orthopedic $75
Therapeutic and corrective. Loosens the muscle fibers and releases the deep patterns of tension. Increases flexibility and range of motion reducing soreness and pain. Ideal after recreational and sports activities.
Sea Salt Scrub or Body Mud Mask $75
Gently exfoliating and leaving your skin feeling soft and refreshed. Followed by a 25 minute mini massage with warm aromatherapy oil to melt away tension.
Pamper Your Feet $40
Foot soak and scrub, followed by a therapeutic leg and foot massage.
